The Timeless Baked Classics ensemble is available in a fixed selection at RM208 nett, while those looking to mix-and-match their snow skin creations will need to pay an additional RM108 for the premium gift box. Prices for the mooncakes start at RM34 nett per piece. If you’re in the mood for booze, the hotel offers four snow skin flavours: Prosecco-Raspberry Limoncello, Bacardi Rum-Flavoured Chocolate Ganache & Dried Strawberries, Absolut Vodka with illy Espresso, and ‘Ying Tao’ Red Cherry infused in VSOP Brandy.
Another highlight is the Grapefruit with Wild ‘Tualang’ Honey snow skin, where bites of grapefruit are soaked in Tualang honey up to 24 hours to create a deliciously sweet yet delicate treat. The Contemporary Snow Skin Creations are definitely one to look out for, as caramelised pisang emas and sea salt take centre stage as it fills a delicate blue pea flower snow skin mooncake.
